How this order is derived

Tiers follow the game's own unlock chains: an entry's tier is the longest prerequisite path above it. "Unlocks the most first" sorting counts the recipes plus research each entry unlocks. The decoration split uses the research category the game assigns to each entry. The only editorial judgment on this page is the within-tier emphasis; every gate, cost and count is game data.
